Qualified candidates will have a:
  • WI realtor’s license, in good standing, or the ability to get their license within 30 days
  • Strong sense of urgency and work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals while developing and maintaining great relationships
  • A flexible, “can do” attitude
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Desire for high commission, honesty and integrity
