Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales team and track individual progress.
  • Expertise in HubSpot to support both the sales and marketing teams for enhanced collaboration.
  • Bridge the gap between architectural considerations and sales strategies by collaborating with Architecture Design Team.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of contract paperwork to ensure accuracy in reflecting intentions and effective communication with customers.
  • Regularly audit the homeowner portfolio and all items provided outside of the build contract to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in addressing customer or buyer concerns and issues.
  • Study market conditions and contribute to pricing, inventory, and strategic decision making.
  • Regularly audit marketing maps and website details to ensure accuracy for an optimal customer experience.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales management. They should demonstrate proficiency in utilizing HubSpot and similar tools, alongside exhibit excellent communication skills, mentorship capabilities, and a strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement. An analytical mindset with the ability to study market conditions is preferred.
