Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales team and track individual progress.
- Expertise in HubSpot to support both the sales and marketing teams for enhanced collaboration.
- Bridge the gap between architectural considerations and sales strategies by collaborating with Architecture Design Team.
- Conduct quarterly audits of contract paperwork to ensure accuracy in reflecting intentions and effective communication with customers.
- Regularly audit the homeowner portfolio and all items provided outside of the build contract to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in addressing customer or buyer concerns and issues.
- Study market conditions and contribute to pricing, inventory, and strategic decision making.
- Regularly audit marketing maps and website details to ensure accuracy for an optimal customer experience.
